An Analysis Of Caddo School Superintendents

Amidst the present scenario whereby the Caddo school systems needs a savior , the shortlisted candidates for the superintendent position have come out with suspicions if the hunt should be carried forward or not.

Nevertheless, it is shocking to note that two of the candidates who knew the systems well lost their lives and the remaining 13 doesn’t appear to be qualified for the prospective positions.

Their candidature seems inefficient forthwith the size of Caddo’s and its several problems viz, budgets and academic shortcomings in the school system’s deck of cards. An analysis of the Times Of India furthermore indicates checkered resumes and skeleton systems of the left out candidates. The chairman of advisory board, Rev. Joe Gant said,” It’s frustrating to say the least,” said Rev. Joe Gant, who chaired the advisory board. “People have lost hope that this board can do anything in the best interest of the students when there are so many personal agendas.”
