Congratulations! You bagged a job interview and fortunately you got through it with flying colors and landed at your dream office. The not so good news is that your new abode may not be as cozy, funky, happening as your just passed college. All the excitement and happiness enthralling the astounding success withers like a puff of smoke, the moment you enter the overtly calm and peaceful place. 

While occasional chatters and laughter is a rare scene to watch, the general atmosphere is unfunny, glum and cynical. Newbie feels out of place and context. Life takes a 360 degree turn and things don’t seem to be as glorious and comical the way it was talked about. You suffer from what is known as a crisis of confidence.

It will aid you in becoming a better employee and carve a niche for you at your new would be place.

3. Patience
This is the most important trait required by a new joinee. Things may get a little hard for you sometimes but it’s sure to reap sweet fruits at the end. Needless to say, the office environment is entirely different from school. But your efforts to cope up and persistent hard work would help you find the most suitable fit for you.
