Moily Remarks that Education is the Only Way to Progress in Today’s Scenario

The Union petroleum and natural gas minister of India, M Veerappa Moily remarked that education is powerful weapon that can be utilized effectively to tackle any problem related to poverty and unemployment in the country. 

He further explained that India has pool of opportunities across varied demographic dividends by the year 2035. The minister paid visit to a tribal institute called, Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences, during his scheduled three day visit to the state and appreciated efforts of the government for setting up institutions that are providing education to rural children at no costs and carving future of individuals. 

He said, “Education is the most powerful weapon to fight any problem in the country." Carrying forward his point, the minister claimed that the tribal institutes viz, KIIT and KISS are better off than most of the private institutions and applauded the founder of these colleges, Achyuta Samanta, for his extraordinary and commendable efforts.
