Companies Opting For Bone Ticklers For Prospective Positions

In a growing trend, organizations across various domains are roping in candidates who have a decent and appreciable sense of humor. According to a study, humorous and jovial candidates have higher chances of grabbing a job than the more serious and morose ones.

Furthermore, attire and community likability are the additional hot favorites than those who are poorly dressed and completely exotic. The career builder report also depicted a higher level of likability for the physically tough, sociable and sporty job aspirants.

Carrying forward this point, the vice president of human resources at CareerBuilder, Rosemary Haefner, quoted,” When you're looking for a job, the key is selling your personal brand.

Employers are not only looking for people who are professionally qualified for the position, but also someone who is going to fit in at the office." The research was grounded on the interviews of over 2,000 hiring managers and HR professionals.
