India job market is going through its worst ever phase due to a dwindling economy giving rise to a grim employment scenario. Thus, need based hiring is the talk of the current job market.
According to the survey statistics of a report, the employment scene has dropped by 20-25% that has severely affected the entry ad middle level positions hiring quite hard. To aid youth with the hiring process and ease up their entry to the job market, alumni from elite b-schools viz, IIM-A, NMIMS, IRMA, and ISB have initiated a programme called the SmartQuo in order to promote employability in students and prepare them for job oriented action.
The workforce engaged with SamrtQuo is highly experienced and have an in-depth perspective of the Indian job market and its ways, thus contributing significantly to the job hopefuls and employers with skill based training, coordinating placements for internships and permanent employment.
